A fantastic waterproof & breathable dog coat with 0g/no filling. It is very light weight on the dogs back and features reflective strips and binding for extra visibility. A fantastic waterproof dog coat with adjustable velcro belly strap for easy adjusting. This no fill design is perfect for keeping dogs dry without adding too much warmth. Great for Spring/Autumn when the weather is wet but not freezing cold. Also available in a warm 250g for colder weather or dogs who need more warmth.

Swish Dogs will refund/exchange items returned on the following basis:

Items which are not damaged or soiled and in original packaging within 30 days of receiving them. Customer bears the cost of the return postage. We strongly advise you to get proof of postage as Swish will not be held responsible for missing returns under any circumstance.

Items that are returned with excess hair/marks will be returned or charged a 20% cleaning fee.

Please do not stick anything to the rug bag, please place documents inside.

If you are using the postoffice please get a proof of posting. Alternatively if you wish to have a courier collect your rug, you can use Parcel2go.com which is often more reasonable for larger/multiple rugs returns. 

Faulty Items:

If you believe your goods are faulty, they should be returned for inspection immediately. We strongly recommend getting proof of posting. Under no circumstances should faulty or damaged items continue to be used, as doing so will be considered as accepting the goods in their damaged condition. Postage fees will be reimbursed for items deemed faulty.

We recommend using a clean sheet under the rug when trying it on your dog. Rugs that are soiled, muddy, or appear to have been used will not be accepted and will be returned to the customer.

If incorrect goods are delivered, they must be returned to us immediately. Do not use the item. If the item is used, it will be considered accepted and cannot be returned.

We cannot accept returns on faulty goods more than 6 months after the order date.

Please note, ex-photoshoot and ex-display items cannot be returned.
