Do you have a delivery charge?
Yes, standard delivery to UK mainland addresses costs £4.99 per order. For international orders, please contact us for a quote.
What happens if I forget my password or account number?
If you forget your password, you can request a new one by clicking the "Forgotten Password" link on the sign-in page. If you still have trouble, please contact our customer service team.
How can I pay for my order?
You can pay by credit or debit card (Visa, MasterCard, Maestro, Solo, and Electron), PayPal, cheque, or directly into our bank account. For more payment options or assistance, please contact customer service.
What currency are your prices in?
All prices are listed in pounds sterling (GBP) as we are a UK-based company.
My item is out of stock, do I get a refund?
Yes, if the item is out of stock and you don’t wish to select an alternative, we will issue a full refund.
How do I cancel or change my order?
To cancel or change an order, contact our customer service team as soon as possible. We’ll do our best to accommodate your request, though it may not always be possible if the order has already been dispatched. In that case, you can return the item for a refund.
Who will deliver my parcel?
We use various couriers depending on the item. If you contact us, we may be able to provide tracking details for your order.
How long does delivery take?
Standard UK delivery takes 3-5 working days. Delivery times for international orders may vary.
Where is my order?
Depending on the item, delivery may take up to 10 working days. Contact our customer service team to track your order's status.
Can I nominate a delivery date or time?
Unfortunately, we cannot specify delivery times due to the different couriers we use.
What if I’m at work when the courier tries to deliver?
If you’re not at home when the delivery is attempted, the courier will leave a card with instructions. They may also leave the parcel in a safe place.
What if I don’t receive my order on time?
If your order hasn’t arrived on time, please contact our customer service team, who will investigate and help resolve the issue.
What is your return policy?
You can return items within 14 days of receiving them, provided they are unworn and in their original packaging. We cannot accept used items. Please ensure returns are in the same condition as when they arrived.
I believe my goods are faulty, what should I do?
If you believe your items are faulty, return them immediately for inspection (we recommend getting proof of posting). Do not continue using faulty items, as this may be seen as acceptance of the goods. Postage fees for faulty items will be refunded.
I received incorrect goods, what should I do?
If you received incorrect goods, return them immediately and do not use the item. If the item is used, it will be considered accepted and cannot be returned.
How long before the refund shows on my account?
Refunds can take up to seven working days to process. Once processed, the refund will appear on your account within 3-5 working days.
